This game is a combination of Manhunt and Line Tag.

Choose two or three players to start as Ghosts. The Ghosts try to tag the other players, who are Pacmen. All players must stay on the lines on the gym floor. The Pacmen hold their arms out in front of them and move them in a chomping motion. Pacmen can run, but Ghosts must walk. When a Ghost tags a Pacman, the Pacman becomes a Ghost. The game continues until everyone has been tagged and is a Ghost.
